Overview
My final-year Computer Science project: a web and mobile platform that links smallholder farmers with participants across the agricultural value chain, so market information stops being a privilege.
The problem
Smallholder farmers struggle to access accurate information about markets, buyers, prices, and opportunities. That information gap costs them income at every harvest.
The solution
I am designing and building a linked web and mobile platform that connects farmers directly with value-chain participants, putting market data, buyers, and opportunities in reach of the people who need them most.
My contribution
- Conducted the research and problem analysis behind the platform
