Overview
The Universal Management System is the operational core of YPF Africa. It manages every level of the organization: committees, chapters, leadership structures, and general members, plus activities and payments, in one place.
The problem
A growing organization with chapters, committees, and layered leadership had no unified way to track membership, coordinate activities, or manage payments. Information lived in spreadsheets and chats, and leadership had no reliable overview.
The solution
I built a centralized management platform that models the organization's real structure. Administrators manage members across chapters and committees, coordinate activities, and handle payment records from role-aware dashboards.
My contribution
- Owned the system architecture from data model to deployment
- Built the member management module spanning chapters, committees, and leadership roles
- Developed dashboards tailored to each organizational level
- Implemented payment-related functionality and records
- Designed the PostgreSQL schema with Drizzle ORM
- Built and secured the Express API and deployed the system to Azure
